Helen Jambunathan is a consumer anthropologist, writer, and cultural researcher. She is currently Director of Insight at Canvas8, a global strategic insights practice with offices in London, Singapore, New York, and LA. She is a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute and the Association of Social Anthropologists of the UK and Commonwealth, and was previously a Wyse Scholar at the University of Cambridge.
Her work helps brands and organisations solve business challenges and make more culture-connected decisions. She brings a blended, interdisciplinary approach to her cultural insight and strategy, merging anthropology, political science, media studies, and critical social theory. She currently oversees global research for Fortune 500 clients, and has conducted large-scale ethnographies of communities across Asia and Europe.
